A perfect day that we all should strive for, is all about balance – A little bit of:
ME TIME – self care, journal, read, self improvement, learning a new skill
FIT TIME – workout, move, maintain yourself
HOUSE TIME – clean your area
CASH TIME – earn
❤ TIME – Relationships
And a LOT of GOD TIME, the creator of TIME.
Once you figured out those things in your schedule, it’s time to set GOALS.
Prior to setting it up, however, you need to go through the following steps:
- Define it : Why are you doing it? Why is it important to you?
- Visualize it: What is the intended successful outcome? What does “done” look like?
- Plot it: When do you want it done? Schedule it and put in a deadline. What is the very next physical action required to move it forward? What action can your take right now?
- Make it SMART: Goals need to be Specific, Measurable (put a definite number to it), Attainable, Realistic and Timebounded.
NOTE: Make reminders everyday of outcome and actions required.
